- The Law and Political Science School celebrates “Lawyer Week.”
The Superintendent of Banks, Amauri A. Castillo, presented the “Current Situation of the International Banking Center” during “Lawyer Week,” organized by the Law and Political Science School of Universidad del Istmo.
During his speech, Superintendent Castillo highlighted that “the performance of the banking system entails significant regulatory and supervisory challenges for the Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP).”
Furthermore, Superintendent Castillo spoke about the performance of the Panamanian Banking Center and its resilience in the face of financial crises.
