Complaints
The Superintendency shall have exclusive administrative authority to hear and settle complaints lodged against banks by bank consumers for violation to the provisions of Titles V and VI up to an amount of twenty thousand balboas. Once the Superintendency accepts to hear the complaint of noncompliance of the banking norms for the protection of bank consumers, due to the interest the Superintendency protects and the nature of the activity, there shall be no concurrent or subsequent intervention whatsoever from any other authority.
