Aware of the need of supporting and ensuring permanent access to education, the Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP) donated office furniture to support the schools located in San Miguelito.
The donation included: desks, credenzas, tables, bookcases, chairs, mobile and wall file cabinets, among others. With this contribution, the SBP supports the process of improving the educational areas attended by students from the sector.
The Secretary General of the Superintendency of Banks, Michelle Arango, awarded the donation to the San Miguelito Regional Director of Education, Yessenia Vega Muñoz.
This act was witnessed by the authorities of the Capital Assets Department of the Comptroller General of the Republic and of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
