As part of the continuous training program for the regulated entities and supervisees, the seminar “Best Practices for an AML/TF/WMD System” was provided.
This training session was organized along with the Compliance Officers Association (ASOCUPA, for its acronym in Spanish) and it was addressed to financial companies (regulated entities), to raise their awareness on: AML regulations, customer due diligence, customer transaction monitoring, AML/TF/WMD risk-based approach and standards for regulatory reporting to the Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP).
The staff of the Prevention and Control of Illicit Operations Division of the Superintendency of Banks of Panama provided the training.
