Awareness Training on Law 67, dated 14 November 2008

The Court of Auditors conducted an awareness training session for the administrative staff of the SBP regarding Law 67, dated 14 November 2008.

During the presentation, the Magistrate President of the Court of Auditors, Alberto Cigarruista Cortez, discussed the responsibilities of officials concerning State property and funds, as well as the consequences that employees and managing agents may face when they fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Auditors.

Additionally, he elaborated on the concept of accountability, suing practical examples to illustrate who falls under this jurisdiction, how the accountability process commences, and the various phases of the process.
