The Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP) has launched a new version of its website, featuring a fresh design and improved browsing experience.
The new website will simplify user access to all relevant information about supervised entities, including statistics, banking regulations, market data, financial surveys, and more.
Additionally, it introduces a more user-friendly Customer Service portal where visitors can access information about key banking products and services, submit inquiries, file claims, and track the progress of their claims processes while providing supporting evidence.
The revamped portal enhances the convenience of accessing content, and Superintendent Amauri A. Castillo emphasized that “updating the technological platform on which the website operates is an integral part of SBP’s digital transformation process, with data visualization playing a crucial role.”
