ESTABLECER las fechas que durante el año 2025, las Oficinas de la Superintendencia de Bancos, suspenderán labores por razón de ser días festivos, fiestas distritales o de fin de año, y el horario de compensación para determinadas fechas.

To authorize the transfer among the same Economic Group of GRUPO BANDELTA HOLDING CORP., of 30.05% of shares kept by MCNEEL CAPITAL LLLP and FIAMO INTERNATIONAL, INC. in favor of the companies CAMS, INC. and TREETOP FIRST CORPORATION, pursuant to the terms established in the proposed transaction.

To authorize BANCO FICOHSA (PANAMA), S.A. to proceed with the final closure of the Customer Care Stand located in Super 99 of La Chorrera, Province of Panama Oeste.

To authorize the inclusion of VIVIR COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS, S.A. to UNIBANK, S.A. Banking Group as direct subsidiary, under the terms and conditions established in the transaction proposed.

Resolution SBP-PSO-R-2024-00698.

To issue the present Resolution for the registration of the company "PAGO VIRTUAL DEL SUR PANAMÁ, S.A." as a Payment Service Provider and, consequently, as a financial reporting entity regulated by the Superintendency of Banks in matters related to the prevention of money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
